Please join us for the 2nd Annual NIKE Hospice Dash! The event will take place in historic Youngstown, New York along the shores of beautiful Lake Ontario and all proceeds will be donated to Niagara Hospice.

Participants will start and finish at Porter-on-the-Lake, formerly known as Oxy-on-the-Lake. Runners will follow a scenic course west along Lake Road past the Niagara Frontier Golf Course, turn north into Four Mile State Park before returning to the finish line via the Robert Moses Parkway.

The first 250 pre-registered participants will recieve a free commerative t-shirt and goodie bag. There will be food, drinks, and live music immediately following the race. Sit back, relax and enjoy one of the most spectacular views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline. This is the one race of the year that you don't want to miss!

Lodging arrangements are available to all registered participants. Whether you live locally or are driving in from out of town, be sure to click on the "weekend specials " tab at the top of the page for information on camping, hotels, food and local attractions.

Thank you for supporting Niagara Hospice and I look forward to seeing you on race day!
